What we collect

The quote form on this site collects the name, phone number, property location and service selection that you type into it. That is all. We do not ask for payment details, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request for a water well quote and to look up the public State of Texas Well Reports filed near the property you name. We use it for nothing else.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by email through FormSubmit, a third party form delivery service, and are subject to that service's own handling of the message in transit. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. The service area map is embedded from Google Maps, and loading that map involves your browser contacting Google, which is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

Removing your details

Ask us through the quote form and we will delete the enquiry from our records. Because submissions arrive by email, deletion means removing the message rather than editing a database entry.
