Where Every Photograph on This Site Came From
All photography here is public domain or Creative Commons licensed, sourced from Wikimedia Commons. Nothing on this site is another contractor's job photo, and nothing is presented as our own completed work.
Which photographs were not taken in El Paso County
Six of the photographs on this site show El Paso County itself: the Franklin Mountains from the air and from the northeast side, the Rio Grande in the Upper Valley, a ranch entrance between San Elizario and Fabens, the Socorro Mission, and an adobe wall in San Elizario.
The remaining 9 are equipment and process photographs taken elsewhere, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. They show the right subject: water well drilling rigs, a mud tank during groundwater drilling, a submersible pump, a worn pump impeller, a pressure tank, water sampling and testing, and a capped farm well. Two were taken in Texas, at Seymour in Baylor County and at the Freer water district, and the rest were taken outside Texas.
Real job photographs from El Paso County properties will replace these as the work is documented. Until then, honest stock beats a photograph of somebody else's well presented as ours.
